Fjord Shipping is seeking a Purchase & Logistics Coordinator

You will be responsible for

  • Purchasing of goods for customer portfolio in cooperation with purchase manager and superintendents
  • Follow up of deliveries and logistics
  • Coordinate purchase orders, follow-up with shipagents/vendors, update prices and expected receipt dates

Preferred skills and experience

  • Relevant experience from purchase and/or logistics is an advantage
  • Fluent in verbal and written English and Norwegian
  • Good knowledge of IT and technical understanding would be appreciated, will be daily use of Unisea reporting system and TM-Master purchase system
  • Structured and flexible, as well as a positive attitude
  • Efficient reporting / excellent communication and prioritisation skills
